Includes all chemicals and algaecides needed to treat pool as required, filter cleaning as necessary and full service cleaning is also included on each visit.

Empty automatic pool cleaner bags
Empty skimmer & pump baskets
Backwash pool filter and add DE monthly or as needed
Visually inspect pool & equipment for leaks/issues
Net all surface debris
Brush all pool/spa surfaces including tile line
Vacuum or Leafmaster to remove all settled debris
Real time Email report of each visit, chemical readings, and actions taken
