Our Three Step Build Process

Tropix new pool construction & remodel process is the same for over 60,000 clients served since 1998. It all starts with a discovery call and in person assessment to get an understanding what you are looking for in your new oasis including outdoor living.

STEP 1 - WEEK ONE

Discovery Call & Consultation

First, we will schedule an in person pool assessment with one of the Tropix remodel & construction project managers to discuss your upcoming project and listen to your needs, requirements, and budget for your new private resort.

STEP 2 - WEEK TWO

Proposal &
Deposit

After the consultation appointment, a we will send you a design proposal based on your new project along with a deposit amount to secure our working with you.

STEP 3 - WEEK THREE

Tropix New
Pools

After you submit your deposit, we will have our construction team begin construction to your home and existing exterior space. Tropix remodel & construction project managers are on site frequently to keep our clients informed throughout the construction process.

What is the best time of year to build a pool?

Tropix clients renovate their pool at any time of year; however, renovating your pool during the winter months will ensure that your pool is ready for the summer.

How Long Does A Construction Take?

This depends on how much work is being done. If you would like to add additional spas, outdoor kitchens, shade areas, turf, ect. our typical rule of thumb is 30-90 days from initial assessment. Please contact 972-276-2222 to setup a consultation today.

I’d like to redesign my whole pool and the surrounding area. Can you do this?

Absolutely! We can do just about anything to your pool and/or backyard such as additional spas, outdoor kitchens, sport courts, turf and whatever else your heart desires.

What types of tasks can be completed in construction?

-Specialty features such as waterfalls, fountains, sprayers, automated pool cleaners, automated controls, and remotes

What do I need in order to build a pool?

We handle most of the work for our customers. However, a survey is always needed in order to properly 3D design a pool and submit for permits.

What is the Typical Cost of a New Pool?
